    PEAK PERFORMANCE Fitness offers a variety of programs which emphasizes total conditioning, cardiovascular fitness muscular strength, endurance and flexibility. The staff of certified professionals is dedicated to providing quality, supervised programs in a safe, enjoyable environment.


Aerobic Classes
Step: Back to basics. Easy to follow choreography provides a great cardiovascular workout. Multi-leveled. Upper body with weights / abs included. (1 hour class)
Hi-NRG: This advanced, high energy step class has innovative choreography that will definitely invigorate you! (1 hour class)
Multi-step: Two or more steps per person will challenge even the most experienced steppers. Moving across more space will create more caloric expenditure while challenging you both cardiovascularly and mentally. (1 hour class)
Step Up: This powerful cardio step workout is designed for the advanced stepper. It’s a great cardiovascular endurance workout with emphasis on combinations. 10 minutes of abs/back at the end of class. (1 hour class)
TBC PACE: Intervals of step and weights make this Total Body Conditioning class a challenge every time. (1 hour class)
Zumba: A fusion of Latin and international music featuring aerobic / fitness interval training that tones and scculpts the body. (1 hour clas

Strength Training
Body Sculpting: Non-aerobic total body workout. Includes strength and toning of all muscle groups using hand held weights, bars, exercise tubes, balls and the step. The focus here is muscular endurance - light weights with a high number of repetitions. (Ranges from 1 to 1.25 hour classes)
Spinning
(Please bring water bottle and padded shorts - towels provided)

Try spinning - it is an individually paced mental and physical training program. It is a safe, inspiring, non-impact workout that participants of all ages, abilities and fitness levels will enjoy. Try it - you’ll like it!
• Share your goals with your instructor, a training heart rate range and terrain will be recommended for you
• The following class format may be requested:
END: (Endurance) - Ride the flats, improve your cardiovascular endurance and maximize you body’s ability to burn fat for energy as you improve mental clarity, focus and discipline. Heart rate range is 65%-75% of your age predicted max.
INT: (Interval) - Alternating periods of very hard work with periods of recovery - incorporating runs, jumps, climbs. (This technique has been used by athletes for years to accomplish more hard work in a short time period). (Formally known as All Terrain) Heart rate range of 65%-92% of higher - depending on your current level of fitness.
S&H: (Strength & Hills) - Climb, climb and climb some more! This class builds muscular endurance as your body is asked to move against great resistance while staying within a heart rate range of 65% - 85% of your age predicted max.
*The recommended weekly training schedule follows: 2X/week INT 2X/week END 1X/week S&H 2X/week recovery
Yoga
Yoga: This class incorporates easy stretches and postures plus breathing and relaxation techniques designed to reduce stress and improve flexibility and balance - all fitness levels welcome. This is great mind/body workout!!! Don’t miss it. (1 hour class)
Yoga II: Prior yoga experience recommended. (75 minutes in length)
