| Body Sculpting: Non-aerobic total body workout. Includes strength and toning of all muscle groups using hand held weights, bars, exercise tubes, balls and the step. The focus here is muscular endurance - light weights with a high number of repetitions. (Ranges from 1 to 1.25 hour classes) | ||

| Try spinning - it is an individually paced mental and physical training program. It is a safe, inspiring, non-impact workout that participants of all ages, abilities and fitness levels will enjoy. | END: (Endurance) - Ride the flats, improve your cardiovascular endurance and maximize you bodys ability to burn fat for energy as you improve mental clarity, focus and discipline. Heart rate range is 65%-75% of your age predicted max. | ||
| INT: (Interval) - Alternating periods of very hard work with periods of recovery - incorporating runs, jumps, climbs. (This technique has been used by athletes for years to accomplish more hard work in a short time period). (Formally known as All Terrain) Heart rate range of 65%-92% of higher - depending on your current level of fitness. | ||
| S&H: (Strength & Hills) - Climb, climb and climb some more! This class builds muscular endurance as your body is asked to move against great resistance while staying within a heart rate range of 65% - 85% of your age predicted max. | ||

| Yoga | ||
| Yoga: This class incorporates easy stretches and postures plus breathing and relaxation techniques designed to reduce stress and improve flexibility and balance - all fitness levels welcome. This is great mind/body workout!!! Dont miss it. (1 hour class) |
